Cancellations: Accepted (if only the condition meet)

Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase

Cancelation before starting production: We accept the cancelation request only before we start production and within 24 hours of purchase. Please, email us. After we receive your cancelation request within 24 hours of purchase and your order is not in production, it may take up to 48 hours to refund your money and cancel your order.

Cancelation after starting production: We ONLY accept the cancelation request before we start production and within 24 hours of purchase. But when under production, if you still want to cancel. we will do it only if you agree to pay 50% of the Item’s total cost. That means you will get a 50% refund. If your order is shipped out and then you want to cancel, we will do it only if you agree to pay 75% of the Item’s total cost. That means you will get a 25% refund.

  • Digital proof and approval of digital proof

After you place your orders and for the eligible orders that need digital proof approval before production. we will send you a digital proof of your order. Your product will be produced exactly as the reference of the proof design you will see.

You are the final proofreader. So, you need to carefully review every aspect of this digital proof layout against your original art for accuracy before approval

If you have any issues, you need to send us messages to request changes.

If Everything is good, then you need to “APPROVE”

By approval, you accept that you have checked the proof design, and all the Colors/ Accessories/ Size/ Quantity/Text/ Message/ Artwork resolution, and Product Color, in short everything about the order, is good for production. With your written approval, we will move to production and produce it.

While in production we cannot make any changes(Any changes in production will cost extra). After delivery, if you place any complaint, we will cross-match the original product(photograph/video) you received and this proof. We only accept complaints if the product you received does not match your order or proof that you have approved it or if the product you received is damaged.

Delay in approval will delay the production, as well as in delivery, we will not accept any complaint of delay in delivery or missing delivery date due to delay in approval, all lead times are calculated after your approval. We will not move to production if you do not give us any written approval.

Your Approval is a very important part of the order process. So, please check the proof design carefully and approve it in time.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, Phone number, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
